Creating & Configuring Schedulers
How to create a scheduler, set duration, buffers, limits, and availability windows.
Creating & Configuring Schedulers
Creating a Scheduler
Go to Schedulers in the sidebar and click New Scheduler. Fill in:
- Name — The title shown on the booking page (e.g., "30-Minute Discovery Call").
- Description (optional) — A short description shown to guests.
- Duration — The length of each appointment in minutes.
- Location — Where the meeting takes place: In Person, Phone, Google Meet, Zoom, Custom URL, or "Ask Invitee".
Timing Settings
- Buffer Before — Minutes of padding before each appointment (default: 0).
- Buffer After — Minutes of padding after each appointment (default: 0).
- Minimum Notice — How many hours in advance a guest must book (e.g., 24 hours). Prevents last-minute bookings.
- Maximum Advance — How many days into the future guests can book (e.g., 60 days).
- Slot Interval — The interval between available start times (e.g., every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes).
Booking Limits
- Max Bookings Per Day — Limit the number of bookings in a single day (leave empty for unlimited).
- Max Bookings Per Week — Limit bookings per week.
- Requires Approval — When enabled, new bookings start as "Pending Approval" instead of being auto-confirmed.
Availability
Set your weekly availability by defining time windows for each day of the week. The default is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. You can:
- Add multiple time windows per day (e.g., 9:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00 for a lunch break).
- Remove a day entirely to block it.
- Add date overrides for specific dates (e.g., block December 25, or add Saturday hours for a particular week).
All times are shown in the scheduler's configured timezone. Guests see times converted to their own timezone.
Custom Form Fields
Add additional fields to the booking form beyond the default name and email. Supported field types: Short Text, Long Text, Email, Phone, Number, Dropdown, Radio Group, Checkbox, and URL. Mark fields as required or optional.
Contact Creation
Enable Creates Contact to automatically create a CRM contact from the guest's name and email when they book. If a contact with that email already exists, the booking is linked to the existing contact instead.
