FAQ
Asked, answered.
The questions agencies actually ask — about pricing, white-label, money and what happens to your data.
01Pricing & plans
The flat part.
Is there really no per-user or per-signature pricing?
Really. Plans are flat monthly prices. Add your whole team, send unlimited documents, collect unlimited signatures — the bill doesn't move.
What does "flat" actually cover?
Documents, signatures, form submissions, bookings and emails carry no usage charges. Tiers differ only by how many client subaccounts you can run — 3, 15 or 50 — and by which modules are included. See pricing for the exact split.
What happens when I outgrow my plan?
When you fill your subaccount allowance, upgrade to the next tier. Nothing migrates, nothing changes for your clients — you just get more room.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes — every plan starts with a free trial. And when you resell, the plans you create for your own clients can carry their own trial periods too.
02White-label
The yours part.
What does white-label actually cover?
Your logo, your colors, your domain, your favicon — across the app, the client portal, the sign-in page and every email, which sends through your own SMTP. Your clients see your brand, not ours, on every plan.
How does the custom domain work?
Enter your domain in settings, add one CNAME record at your DNS provider, and the SSL certificate provisions itself — usually inside two minutes. Sign-in, the portal and every public link then live on your domain.
Can I hide "Powered by ManageIt"?
Yes. The powered-by badge is a switch in your branding settings, available on every plan — not an upsell.
Do my clients ever see the ManageIt name?
Not in the product. They sign in on your domain, see your logo, and get email from your address. The only way they learn what runs underneath is if you tell them.
03Money
The margin part.
Do my clients pay ManageIt?
No. Payments go through your own Stripe account — invoices, deposits and your plan subscriptions alike. The money never routes through us.
Can I give some clients free accounts?
Yes — internal subscriptions grant plan features without billing. Use them for partners, your own team, or deals you invoice outside the platform, and convert them to paid later without rebuilding anything.
What happens when a client's card fails?
The subscription enters a grace period while Stripe retries on its schedule. You're free to step in — swap them to another plan, bypass payment, or let the retries run their course.
Can I change a client's plan mid-cycle?
Yes, and you see the exact proration — credit for unused time, charge for the remainder — before you confirm. Internal subscriptions switch instantly with no billing at all.
04Data & security
The trust part.
Can I bring my existing data?
Yes. Contacts and records import from CSV, and everything exports back out the same way — your data stays yours.
How is my clients' data separated?
Every table carries the tenant, and every query is scoped to it at the database layer. One client reading another's data isn't a setting that could be misconfigured — the query can't be written.
Are the e-signatures legally binding?
Signatures capture the ESIGN, UETA and eIDAS compliance set: explicit consent, IP address, browser, timezone and timestamp, stored with the document. Signed documents lock against edits.
What if someone disputes a signed document?
Every signed document is hashed with SHA-256 at signing, and the audit trail records who viewed and signed, from where, and when. You can prove the document hasn't changed since the ink.
Who on my team can see what?
Roles built from 82 granular permissions, scoped per agency or per subaccount — down to per-entity-type access. A person has one login and separate permissions for every workspace they belong to.
Is there an API?
Yes — a REST API with tokens scoped to one subaccount, plus 17 webhook events signed with HMAC. It's included on the Business plan; see the API page.
Question answered? Good.
The rest is faster to see than to read — brand a trial workspace and send yourself a proposal.
Flat price. No usage charges. Ever.
