White-label · Subaccounts · Agency billing
One platform. Your name on the door.
Your logo, your domain, your prices. Clients sign in to a product that reads as yours, in a workspace walled off from every other client — and pay you through your own Stripe, on plans you invent.
01White-label
Your brand, down to the favicon.
White-label is on every plan, not an enterprise upsell. Everything a client can see is yours to brand.
01 / Custom domain
Live on your domain in minutes
Enter the domain, add one CNAME record at your DNS provider, and the certificate provisions automatically — the settings page watches and flips to verified on its own. Sign-in, the app, the client portal and every public form, scheduler and document link live there.
02 / Appearance
Colors that carry through
Brand colors apply across the whole app — with readable foregrounds computed automatically — plus separate logos for light and dark surfaces, your favicon, and custom CSS when the checkboxes run out. The powered-by badge switches off.
03 / Email & support
Mail from your address
Outgoing mail sends through your own SMTP with your from-name and reply-to. Support and documentation links across the app point wherever you run yours.
02Subaccounts
Every client, walled off.
04 / Isolation
Workspaces, not folders
Each client gets a full workspace — their own contacts, documents, forms, automations and team — scoped at the database layer on every read and write. You switch between them without logging out; they never see past their own walls. Your agency's own work lives in an internal subaccount, same machinery.
05 / Roles & permissions
82 permissions, 19 groups
Build roles from granular permissions — per agency or per subaccount. People have one login and as many memberships as they need; switching context swaps the whole workspace, data and permissions included.
06 / Client portal
Access without exposure
Invite a contact and they get a portal login on your domain — their documents to sign and invoices to pay, and no route to anything else. Logins and activity are tracked per portal user.
03Agency billing
Your plans, your Stripe, your margin.
What we charge you is flat. What you charge your clients is your business — billed through your own Stripe account, never routed through us.
07 / Your plans
Price it how you sell it
Name, price, trial, usage limits and feature gates — per plan, synced to your Stripe as real products with monthly and yearly prices. Hidden plans cover enterprise deals and grandfathered pricing; a default plan slots under every new client.
08 / Stripe or internal
Paid, free, or not yet
Paid subscriptions charge through your own Stripe keys, stored encrypted. Internal subscriptions are free — partners, your own team, deals invoiced elsewhere — and convert to paid later. Require a card up front and the workspace stays locked until it's on file.
09 / Plan changes
Proration, previewed
Upgrades and downgrades show the exact credit and charge before you confirm. Stripe payment links let clients subscribe self-service, and failed payments follow a grace period before anything is cut off.
A feature reaches a client only if it's enabled on your plan and theirs — enforced server-side, not hidden in the UI.
Soft warnings at 80% of any limit, hard stops at 100%, upgrade path attached.
Your Stripe API keys are stored encrypted and never reach the browser. Card data lives with Stripe, not here.
A person has one account and any number of memberships — agency, subaccount or portal — each with its own permissions.
“Sales calls got easier the day the login page stopped saying someone else's name.”
Put your name on the door.
White-label, subaccounts and resale billing on every plan — your domain, your Stripe, your margin.
Flat price. No usage charges. Ever.
