Drag, drop, done
Drag blocks in, reorder them, style them per block — spacing, colors, radius. Undo holds 50 steps, auto-save runs on a debounce, and a live preview shows the client's view. Page setup covers letter, A4 and legal, portrait or landscape, with brand fonts, colors and page numbers.

Names, totals and dates fill themselves from the CRM — document, recipient, company and totals groups. In any text block, typing {{ opens a searchable autocomplete.

Tweak one, keep the template
Add, edit and reorder blocks on a single document without touching the template it came from. The edit page is template-aware — it only shows the sections your template actually has.

04 / Document workflows
One chain, one link
Chain documents and the client walks them in order from a single link — each step unlocks when the previous one completes. Recipient, currency, line items and signer settings propagate down the chain, the receipt generates itself when the invoice is paid, and voiding a step voids everything after it.

05 / Sequential signing
CEO, then CFO, then legal
Sign in parallel, or one at a time in an order you drag into place. Each signer is notified only on their turn and sees a live queue. A decline either voids the document — and everything after it in the workflow — or skips to the next signer, your call.

Evidence, captured automatically
Explicit consent, IP address, browser, timezone and timestamp are stored with every signature, and the document is hashed at signing — anyone can verify it hasn't changed since. Signed documents lock: no edits, no deleted evidence.

Negotiate on the document
Clients click anywhere to pin a comment; threads resolve in place. Signers arriving from their signing link are identified automatically — no name form. Comments lock the moment the document is signed or paid.

One tokenized link on your domain carries the whole exchange — reading, commenting, signing, paying and downloading the PDF. Views are tracked, blocked steps explain themselves, and a 64-character access token guards every document.
