Agency Subscription
Your Platform Plan
Your agency subscribes to a platform plan that determines which features are available. Go to My Subscription in the sidebar to see your current plan, billing cycle, and included features.
Plan Features
Platform plans can include up to 14 features:
- Contact Management
- Documents & Invoices
- Document Workflows
- Form Builder
- Automation Workflows
- Custom Entities
- Custom Fields
- Tags & Categories
- Client Portal
- API Access
- Custom Domains
- White Label
- Subaccount Resale
- Priority Support
Features not included in your plan are hidden from the sidebar and help documentation.
Changing Plans
Contact the platform administrator to change your agency plan. Plan changes affect which features are available to all subaccounts under your agency.
Payment Methods
Add, update, or remove credit/debit cards from the billing page. Your default payment method is used for automatic subscription renewals.
Invoices
View and download invoices for all past payments. Each invoice shows the amount, date, status, and a link to a PDF version.
